Welcome to Millennials Hotel. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the booking of rooms, dining, and other services offered at Millennials Hotel, located opposite Biocon Park, Bommasandra Industrial Area, Bangalore. By making a booking or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Reservations and Bookings

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Millennials Hotel.
• A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in, as required by law.
• Guests must be 18 years or older to book and check in independently. Guests below 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Room rates are subject to applicable taxes (GST) as per government regulations.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

• Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM, unless otherwise communicated.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property, furniture, or fittings during their stay, and applicable charges will be levied accordingly.

3. Payment Policy

• Full or partial advance payment may be required at the time of booking confirmation.
• The balance amount, if any, must be settled at check-in or check-out as per hotel policy.
• We accept payments via cash, debit/credit cards, UPI, and other digital payment methods as available.
• Prices for rooms, dining, and services are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation requests must be made by contacting the hotel directly via phone or email.
• Cancellation charges may apply depending on how close to the check-in date the cancellation is made.
• No-shows or early check-outs will not be eligible for a refund of the remaining stay.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time frame to the original mode of payment.

5. Hotel Facilities and Services

Millennials Hotel offers Queen, King, and Millennials Rooms along with in-house dining at Taste of Spice, Sampradaya, and Café Millennials, as well as a boardroom, business centre, health club, and meeting spaces. While we strive to ensure all advertised facilities are available, certain amenities or services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, renovation, or circumstances beyond our control, without prior notice.

6. Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards staff, other guests, and hotel property.
• Smoking is permitted only in designated areas, where applicable.
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse service, deny check-in, or ask a guest to vacate the premises in case of misconduct, illegal activity, or violation of hotel policies, without refund.
• Outside food and beverages may be restricted as per hotel policy.

7. Liability

• Millennials Hotel shall not be held liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings of guests, except where caused by proven negligence on the part of the hotel.
• The hotel is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, power outages, or other force majeure events.
• Guests are advised to keep valuables secure and use available safety deposit facilities, where provided.

8. Parking

Parking facilities, where available, are provided at the guest's own risk. The hotel shall not be responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of vehicles or their contents while parked on hotel premises.

9. Website Use

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Millennials Hotel and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission. Users agree to use the website only for lawful purposes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

11. Changes to These Terms

Millennials Hotel reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
